Access is granted at the account level. To act, Claude needs to know which workspace to use, so it will ask, or you can name the workspace in your request.
What is the Model Context Protocol?
The Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard that lets AI models like Claude connect to outside software safely. Instead of copying things back and forth by hand, the model talks to a server that exposes the real actions a tool can take.
The HotHawk MCP server is that bridge for cold email. It gives Claude controlled access to your workspace, so it can send, capture every reply and keep your campaigns moving, the same things you would do in the app, just driven by a chat. It is the cold email MCP server for teams that want an AI assistant in the loop.
Want to build directly? It is all in the REST API too, with Bearer auth and webhooks.

What is an MCP server?
An MCP server lets AI models like Claude connect to an outside tool over the Model Context Protocol, an open standard for giving models safe, structured access to real software. The HotHawk MCP server exposes your cold email workspace to Claude, so it can run campaigns, manage replies and keep your sending healthy on your behalf.
Is it secure?
You authorise access through Claude's own connector flow, and you can revoke it at any time. Access is granted at the account level, and you tell Claude which workspace to act in, so nothing happens without your say-so.
Which Claude apps support it?
Both Claude Desktop and the Claude web app, added as a custom connector. The setup is the same for either, and takes a couple of minutes.
Do I need to write any code?
Not at all. Connecting the MCP server is done entirely in Claude's settings. If you would rather build directly, the HotHawk REST API is there for you instead.
