The best Maildosoalternatives in 2026.

Maildoso is a bit different from the rest of this library. It sells you mailboxes and domains, with warmup as a paid add-on, so the first job is working out which part you actually want to replace. Here is how to think about it, and the options worth a look.

HotHawk is cold email software for serious outbound teams.

First, the context

What Maildoso actually is.

Most pages here compare like for like. Maildoso is the exception, so it is worth getting clear on what it does before you go looking for an alternative to it.

It is infrastructure, not a sender

Maildoso’s real product is mailboxes. It registers domains and provisions SMTP and resold Google Workspace inboxes for you to plug into a sequencer. It does not send your campaigns or manage your replies.

Warmup is a pricey add-on

The Premium AI Warmup is separate and runs $160 to $2,000 a month on top of the mailboxes. It uses AI browser bots performing in-browser actions, not a pool of real inboxes.

There is no Microsoft 365

Maildoso provisions Gmail and Google Workspace and SMTP only. If your prospects are Outlook-heavy, there are no Microsoft 365 mailboxes at any tier.

Shared IPs can wobble

Reviewers report burned domains and a 2025 network-wide blacklist incident on the shared infrastructure, with replacement domains sometimes handed out on .xyz or .click instead of .com.

The options

What to use instead, by what you’re replacing.

1

HotHawk

from $97/moOur pick

The sender and native warmup that runs on top of your mailboxes, Maildoso’s or anyone’s.

Where it wins. This is not a like-for-like swap, and we will say so. Maildoso supplies mailboxes; HotHawk is what sends from them and warms them. The reason it belongs here is the warmup: HotHawk warms on a pool of real Google and Microsoft inboxes, where Maildoso’s warmup is AI browser bots, so you can connect your mailboxes and drop Maildoso’s $160 to $2,000 a month warmup add-on entirely. You also get the best Master Inbox in cold email and ClientBox, at $97 a month all-in.

The trade-off. HotHawk does not sell domains or mailboxes, which is Maildoso’s whole job, so you still buy those from somewhere, even Maildoso. If what you actually need is ready-made inboxes, HotHawk is the layer above that, not a replacement for it.

2

Warmy.io

from Quote only

A standalone warmup tool on real inboxes, to swap out Maildoso’s bot warmup.

Where it wins. If the part you want gone is Maildoso’s AI-bot warmup, Warmy warms on real inboxes with placement testing and a Google Postmaster integration, and points at mailboxes from any provider. A real upgrade in warmup method.

Where it falls short. It only does warmup, so you still need Maildoso or another provider for the mailboxes, and the per-inbox pricing is now quote-only and climbs as you scale.

3

Lemwarm

from $29/mo

Real-inbox warmup from $29 an inbox, or free inside Lemlist.

Where it wins. A cheaper way to put real-inbox warmup on your mailboxes than Maildoso’s add-on, with human-like replies across 20,000-plus real domains, and a published price.

Where it falls short. It is warmup only, so it does not supply mailboxes, the pool mixes providers, and the entry plan caps warmup at 40 a day.

4

Smartlead

from $39/mo

A full sender with warmup bundled, that plugs your bought mailboxes straight in.

Where it wins. Connects the SMTP and Google Workspace mailboxes Maildoso sells, then sends and warms them with unlimited mailboxes on every plan. Like HotHawk, it lets you skip Maildoso’s separate warmup add-on.

Where it falls short. It is a sender, not an infrastructure provider, so you still buy mailboxes elsewhere, white-label is $29 per client, and support is its most common gripe.

One thing to be clear about

None of the tools above sell you mailboxes or domains, which is the part Maildoso actually provides. They send and warm the inboxes you already have. So if the job you want to replace is the mailbox supply itself, your real comparison is with another infrastructure provider, and you can still run those mailboxes inside a platform like HotHawk afterwards.

How we approached this

Our method.

Maildoso is infrastructure with a warmup add-on bolted on, so a straight ranked list would be misleading. We split it by the job you are replacing: the warmup, or the mailboxes. The options above cover the sending-and-warmup layer, where a real-inbox approach beats Maildoso’s AI-bot add-on. Pricing and features come from each provider’s website as of June 2026, and the weak points come from public reviews.

HotHawk is our own product, and rather than crown it a Maildoso replacement it is not, we have placed it as the layer that runs on top of your mailboxes. We have been clear that it does not sell inboxes. No tool paid to be here, and there are no affiliate links.

FAQ

Maildoso alternatives, answered.

Is HotHawk a Maildoso alternative?

Not a direct one, and we would rather be straight about that. Maildoso sells you mailboxes and domains; HotHawk is the platform that sends from those mailboxes and warms them. They sit at different layers, so you can run Maildoso-bought mailboxes inside HotHawk. Where they do overlap is warmup, and there HotHawk’s real-inbox pool is a better method than Maildoso’s AI-bot add-on.

What is the best Maildoso alternative?

It depends which part you mean. For the warmup add-on, HotHawk and the real-inbox warmup tools like Warmy and Lemwarm are an upgrade in method. For the mailboxes and domains themselves, the alternative is another infrastructure provider, since none of the sending or warmup tools here sell inboxes. Decide which job you are actually replacing first.

Does Maildoso offer Microsoft 365 mailboxes?

No. Maildoso provisions Gmail and Google Workspace mailboxes plus its own SMTP, with no Microsoft 365 at any tier. If you need to send from Outlook or Microsoft 365 addresses, you would source those elsewhere. HotHawk connects mailboxes from both Google and Microsoft, and warms on a pool of real inboxes from both.

Can I use HotHawk with mailboxes I bought from Maildoso?

Yes. You connect your own mailboxes to HotHawk over OAuth or SMTP, so SMTP or Google Workspace inboxes from Maildoso plug straight in. HotHawk then sends from them, rotates across them and warms them on real inboxes, which lets you drop Maildoso’s separate warmup add-on.

Is Maildoso’s warmup worth the extra cost?

That is the call to make. The Premium AI Warmup is $160 to $2,000 a month on top of the mailboxes and runs on AI browser bots rather than real inboxes. If you move your sending to a platform with native real-inbox warmup, like HotHawk, that line item goes away, which is often the cleanest reason to rethink the Maildoso warmup spend.
